Eunjoo (Julie) Yi brings a broad based international perspective and wealth of experience to the Real Estate Field. Her work has always been client first–working with clients at their convenience. Her former experience at a Real Estate Development Company as a Project Director has been offering clients full and in depth advice; she has participated in multiple projects including luxury residential condos, shopping centers, art centers, government facilities & resort hotels. Since she’s been an independent realtor, she has specialized in Commercial and Residential Markets in the areas of NYC and S. Korea. She has successfully marketed New Construction Projects in Chelsea, Upper West Side, LIC, Astoria, Woodside, Flushing and Korea as a Listing Agent. She also closed commercial and residential properties by working as a Buyers’ Agent. She has always enjoyed helping clients from A to Z at all levels of experience and development. ******************************************************************************************************************************** Eunjoo (Julie) graduated from Sogang University in Seoul, Korea, (which is one of the top schools in Korea) where she majored in mathematics and media journalism. She has worked in the film/TV worlds and brings a wealth of experience to Real Estate with a special emphasis on marketing, communication, and sales. She has worked as a TV director/producer for Seoul Broadcasting Station and Catch-One, the Movie Channel of Samsung Corp. in Korea. Since her move to NYC, she has received MA/MFA degrees in media production and received awards for her films and screenplay. Prior to joining the real estate industry, she’s worked as a manager/programmer for a theater and community centers in NYC, where she has programmed art exhibitions, performances, concerts, and social events. She’s a member of NYWIFT-Women in Film & TV. She recently added her scope of life by acquiring a License as a PreK to K12 teacher. Her dream is to use her talents for brightening the world and helping children in need.
